We started this because too many good businesses were spending money on marketing that could not hold weight — content without strategy, creative without infrastructure, campaigns without any system behind them. We wanted to do something different.

Our story

Built from the work, not from a pitch deck.

Thomas Popp founded Popp Media Agency out of a conviction that creative businesses deserve more than clever campaigns — they need real infrastructure. Brand, content, automation, and production that are designed to work together, not shipped as separate line items from separate vendors who never talk to each other.

The work started with single-discipline projects: a brand refresh here, a content strategy there. Over time, clients kept asking us to go deeper. They needed the workflows behind the creative. They needed the systems that made the creative sustainable. Engagements grew from project work into operating-system relationships — where we were not just producing assets but shaping how the whole business communicated and ran.

We are based in North Hollywood, California, and we work with clients across the US. The through-line in every engagement is the same: treat business operations like a creative craft. Iterate, refine, cut what does not serve, and build something that holds up over time.
